The gift arrived at my cousin’s house today.
My cousin was really happy, and i’m so glad that I decided to give this mug to him. (:
I couldn’t find a perfect present to give him, after searching the net I came across Heartbeat (thank god i did!) and decided to buy him a mug with his favorite idol.
I really liked the service, it’s easy to communicate with the staff and the delivery was on time. (:
I do not know how if it looks better in real life as it was sent directly to my cousin’s house, but the one thing I didn’t really like about the mug is that my picture looks very faded. But i understand because this is a frost mug.
Maybe you could add a warning there that if we use our own photos for frost mug next time we should make the photo a little darker so that the others can avoid this in the future?
And i have a suggestion about the payment. It is not guaranteed that everyone will buy from Heartbeat again after that, so for those who uses ATM machines to pay, if we do not order again in the future, that means we will not be able to get the change back anymore.
Maybe you could add a new option of putting the change together with the gift and sending it to them for those who pays using ATM machine?
I will definitely buy from Heartbeat again though. (:
