I ordered this HP strap and transferred funds right away into Heartbeat’s Maybank account.
After 1 week, I still never receive my HP strap. I keep checking with my Ixora Apartment managment and keep calling Mr. Vincent Tong. Again I called MR. Vincent Tong. He said no problem, he will send another HP strap to me tomorrow.
The same day, my apartment management called me to inform about a uncollected parcel under my name. So I went to the management office. I saw… From HeartBeat Trading… Date was 1 week ago. The staff just smile, argh… KNS la…..
I was thinking how to tell MR. Vincent Tong. He might say I lied to him.
I messaged MR.Vincent Tong to tell him I got the HP strap already. He said they already posted out another replacement HP strap for me to my aprtment.
I asked should I return the new HP strap ? He replied “No”.
The next morning I received another HP strap. Its REALLY free, no postage charge, surcharge or whatever charges.
The next thing, I opened it and…. WoooooWWWWW!!!! So nice. Got my HP strap.
Touched it, well its good quality. Fair price for a good product. Just RM15.00 only.
Then come the second HP strap, I just keep it in my drawer. Its still in the plastic. Unused at all.
Now am using the first HP strap to hold my apartment keys. Its lasting.
